Lynda Bowers, Finance Director

Lynda is the Finance Director at Arrow Dealerships, and with 20 years experience in the car business there is no one better! She is an expert in her field and carries an AFIP (Automotive Finance and Insurance Professionals) certification. Besides her love for Arrow, Lynda loves to golf with her husband Bob. She is proud of her two children and three grandchildren.

Maria Carducci, Lease Renewal Manager

“You can get anything in life you want if you help enough other people get what they want.” These are the words that Maria Carducci lives by, and how true it is. After being in the car business for 19 years, all of them with Arrow, Maria has a loyal following of customers who sing her praises. Employed as the Lease Renewal Manager for 11 years, Maria is a certified Grand Master Salesperson and a Ford Legends and Leader. She has been in the car business since the 80’s and found out that a successful salesperson doesn’t just sale a car, but makes a friend for life. She learned early in the game that it was the extra mile that you are willing to go for your customer that will take you to the top, and keep you there. Her customer’s wants and needs are the most important part, not only in her job, but her life as well. Maria is a wife to Wade, a mom to Eric, and a Grannie to many “adopted” and real grandbabies. Maria is here to help answer any question you may have about buying a car and her heart is in it!

Penny Nelson, Loan Arranger Sales Manager

Penny Nelson has been with Arrow Dealerships since 1993. After spending a very short time in sales Penny realized how much she loved helping customers with their buying decisions. Penny has been the Used Car Manager at Arrow Loan Arranger since 2000 and her customers absolutely love her. She is married for 12 years to Glenn and between the two of them they have six grown children and 7 grandchildren which keep them very busy. When you can’t find Penny at the lot she is probably out of town shopping with her husband, and when she can’t sneak away she loves to do crafts and cook.

Tracie Willyard, Marketing and Advertising Director

Tracie Willyard is the face of Arrow. You have seen her on T.V. and heard her on the radio for events such as Mission Thanksgiving and Teacher Tribute. She has been the Marketing Director for over 6 years and Arrow wouldn’t look as good without her. Tracie is married to the love of her life, Steve. She has four great kids and three grandchildren. It is amazing that she and Steve find time for anything else, but if you can’t find her at home or at work, you can always find her driving them long on the golf course.

Brooke Higginbotham-Bailey, Internet Marketing Manager

Brooke is the lead developer behind all you see on Arrow’s websites and is one of the third-generation of Higginbotham's at Arrow. She has worked at Arrow for 7 years in many departments, including Service, Marketing, and Business Development Center. Brooke has a degree in Web Development Technology and has the fun and exciting task of developing and maintaining Arrow’s new websites. When Brooke isn’t busy developing websites she loves spending time with her husband and their four kids.

Dorthie Saunders, Controller

Dorthie Saunders is a familiar face to many around this dealership, and it is only natural since she has worked for Arrow since 1972. Dorthie has seen the dealership grow in so many ways and has been an integral part to that. She has worked as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager and is now the Controller. The dealership could not run without Dorthie’s hard work and dedication. When Dorthie does find some time away from Arrow, she loves on her kitty cat Murphy and enjoys shopping for great shoes and spending time with her son.

Theresa Lloyd, Office Manager

Theresa Lloyd has been with Arrow since 1990. She started out as Cashier in our accounting office and has done everything from work car deals to system administration, and in 2000 became Office Manager. She has a big job keeping the accounting office running smoothly and she does a great job at it.

Susan Prock, Body Shop Assistant Manager

Susan Prock is the friendly face you will see when coming to the Arrow Body Shop. She has been at Arrow since 1993 and knows exactly how to help you get your car back in one piece and on the road again. Susan has a great relationship with many insurance companies and does a super job of making the body repair process painless and smooth. She is married to Walter and they have 3 daughters, two grandsons and 1 granddaughter. When she is not helping keep the body shop running smoothly, she enjoys gardening, fishing, swimming and cooking.

Gene Scott, Rent Car Manager

Gene Scott has been the rental car manager at Arrow for over 4 years, and with over 25 years of rent car management experience there is no better fit. She has worked at some of the busiest airports and hubs and does a great job of keeping the Arrow Rental Department running smoothly. Gene has two daughters, one son in law and four grandkids. Her hobbies range from working in the yard, attending the Abilene Philharmonic, and she even has her pilot license.

Lauren Greenough, Business Development Center Assistant Manager

Lauren was born and raised in Abilene. She graduated from Abilene High in 2004 and attends Cisco Jr. College were she is majoring in Political Science. Her freshman year of college she was hired as a part-time employee for the Business Development Center at Arrow Dealerships. Now after two years she has advanced and is the Assistant Manager for the BDC. Her job consists of leading a customer service team that follows up with Arrow customers and processing internet leads as they come in to assure they are handled quickly and thoroughly. For fun, Lauren enjoys golfing with her boyfriend D.J., spending time with friends and family, and traveling to shop with her mother, Monica, and her sister, Bailey.

Dameek Cox, Sales Consultant

Dameeka Cox was born and raised in Abilene. She moved back in September of 2006 and came to work at Arrow Ford. She is a Ford Master Certified Sales Consultant. Dameeka has been married for 7 years to her husband Chris and they have two precious girls. When she finds time away from taking care of her customers Dameeka loves to shop, watch movies and do puzzles.

Terry Fields, Ford/Mitsubishi Service Advisor

Terry Fields is a smiling face you have seen on Arrow Ford’s service drive for 10 years. As is a Master Certified Service Advisor she is an expert at what she does and at helping her customers. Terry is married to Larry and they have 3 children. Terry has a degree from Hardin-Simmons in Finance and a minor in Accounting. The Arrow customers always look forward to working with Terry.

Kathy Sutton, Ford/Mitsubishi Service Advisor

Kathy has been at Arrow since 1988 and during that time has worn many different hats in our service department. She is now a Service Advisor helping Arrow customers with all of their service needs and question. She has extensive knowledge and experience in handling all the vehicles that pass through the Arrow service drive. She is a Buffalo Gap native, having graduated from Jim Ned High School and has been married 25 years to her husband James. They have 2 sons, seven grandchildren and 2 dogs, Boomer and Sally. In her spare time Kathy loves to ride horses and she works with benefit trail rides.

Becky Mayfield, Ford/Mitsubishi Service Advisor

Becky Mayfield is one of the newer faces on the service drive at Arrow Ford, but with 8 years of experience in sales, finance, and service she is a welcome addition. She attended college at the University of Iowa, and is now a transplanted Texan/Abilenian of 2 years. She is a single mom of two daughters and with two Westie Terriers. In her spare time she likes to garden, fish, bike, and anything outdoors, as well as, custom wall painting murals and pottery.

Lee Ann Willard, Chrysler-Jeep Service Advisor

Lee Ann Willard has worked at Arrow Chrysler Jeep in the service department for 6 years. In that time she has been the Cashier and now is now a Service Advisor helping all of our Chrysler Jeep service customers. She has extensive knowledge of the Chrysler Jeep product line and is always great with the Arrow customers. In her spare time she loves hanging out with her two great kids.

Lana Clift, Arrow Ford Receptionist (Director of First Impressions)

Lana Clift, or as you know her the “Voice of Arrow”, has been here since 1995. She is the smiling face that you see when you walk into our Arrow Ford location and the sweet voice on the other end of the phone. Lana is a wife, mother and grandmother to five precious grandbabies.

Chelsea Mae Ely , Sales Consultant

Chelsea Mae is a Sales Consultant at Arrow Chrylser-Jeep, bringing 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. She took her first job at Arrow as a receptionist/data-entry and realized that there was more she could do to help people in their search for the perfect vehicle. In 2004, Chelse Mae joined Penny Nelson at Arrow Loan Arranger and began her quest to help her customers. In 2005 she transitioned to her current home at Arrow Chrysler-Jeep where she has continued to make vehicle purchasing fun and easy. She believes that the customer always comes first and will do everything she can to make sure they have a great experience while at the Arrow Dealerships. With experience in customer service, sales, and finance it makes it simple to serve customers.

When Chelsea Mae is not busy taking care of customers at Arrow she is helping the community by raising money for the Ben Richey's Boys Ranch through both the ZOPS and Chili Super Bowl fundraisers. Chelsea grew up in Merkel, TX and enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with her husband Levi and their dog Lily.
